Why does this matter? It's the number of car payments that are negligible because of my increased gas mileage. I love math, but I love my new car even more.
Since my car gets about 10mpg better than the Grand Prix, 2.5 months of my car payments are negated by the cost of gas I am saving each year. I used $3.60 as the average cost of gas for this year.

Okay, that's what Grace and I figured. We weren't sure though. Took us awhile to figure out that you were including the Grand Prix!
